Pre-sales / Application Enquiries
For all pre-sales and pre-application enquiries
Please contact the retailer you intend to make your purchase from. Please refer to the retailer’s web site for their contact information. Please note that detailed pre-contract credit information and an example credit agreement are provided for you to review at the beginning of your credit application process, before you are asked to sign and submit your application. You can save or print the pre-contract documents at any time you wish review them.
Applications in Process
If you are having problems paying your deposit online using a credit or debit card
If you are having problems paying your deposit, please carefully re-enter your card details. Make sure to include the start or valid from date, or issue number if applicable. Please note that your card must be enabled for 3-D Secure. Please take note that Pay4Later cannot take card payments over the telephone or by any other means.
If you are having problems or have a question about providing your proof of identity
Please follow carefully the instructions on screen to upload your proof of identity image. Please note that a scanner is not required! You can easily use a smartphone camera to take a picture of your identity document.
For all enquiries about the status of your credit application
Please contact your retailer directly. You can find the necessary contact details for your retailer on their web site. The retailer will have also sent you an email containing contact information. If you haven’t received any emails, please check your junk and spam mail folders. Pay4Later also email you at the address you provided on the application form to update you on the status of your application. Again, if you haven’t received any emails from Pay4Later, please check your junk and spam mail folders.
To amend your order or if you have a question about the goods or services you have purchased
This includes delivery or tracking queries; please make sure to contact your retailer directly. You can find the contact information for your retailer on their web site. The retailer will also have sent you an email containing contact information. If you haven’t received any emails, please check your junk and spam mail folders.
If you want to discuss a declined credit application
Unfortunately, we are not given the reason why a customer is declined for a credit application. The authorisation process is carried out by the finance company and Pay4Later has no part in the decision. The decline message is sent to us by the lender, with no justification or explanation. A possible reason for a decline may be that incorrect information has been entered in the credit application form. Please ensure you carefully enter all the required information.
Post-sales / Application Enquiries
For all enquiries concerning an existing finance agreement
Pay4Later is not a lender, we do not take or lend any funds. Please contact the finance company directly. You can find their contact information on your credit agreement.
If you wish to cancel your credit application
If you wish to cancel your credit application, you must contact the retailer you made your purchase from. If you made your purchase online, when the retailer cancels your credit application, your credit or debit card deposit will be automatically refunded. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you have already contacted your retailer and you have not received a response
If after 48 hours you have not received a response, please call or email to open a support request.

Finance is provided through the Pay4Later platform by a number of lenders. You will be offered the best rate available based on your credit history and our lenders’ credit decision policies. You will be informed who the lender is at the point the loan.
