The Revit Architecture Beginner course teaches you how to use Autodesk Revit to create Building Information Modelling projects and professional architectural documentation.
You will learn the concepts of Building Information Modelling and introduce the tools for parametric building design and documentation using Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Delegates will be able to complete their first project after completing this Revit training course.
New Autodesk Revit Architecture users or other Autodesk software users who want to learn essential elements of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Knowledge of Architectural design, drafting, or engineering experience is recommended. No previous CAD experience is necessary; however, a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows is essential.

You will firstly learn the core concepts of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and how to use Autodesk Revit Architecture to create parametric building designs and professional construction documentation. During the Revit Architecture Beginner course you will build practical workflows for creating and editing building elements, organising views and sheets, and producing clear architectural drawings.
Through hands on exercises you will develop confidence using essential Revit tools for modelling walls, floors, roofs and other building components while managing project information effectively. By the end of the course you will understand how to structure and develop a Revit project and produce professional BIM documentation suitable for real architectural workflows.
The Autodesk Certified User (ACU) certification exam is available after completing the Revit Architecture Intermediate programme. One free exam resit is included in the course price.
