The Revit Architecture Intermediate course develops your BIM modelling skills using Autodesk Revit for professional architectural design and documentation.
This course covers a wide range of advanced level topics in Revit Architecture, continuing to build on the concepts covered in the Revit Beginner course.
Delegates will learn about site design, advanced rendering techniques, phasing and design options, creating families of custom components and collaborating on a design.
This course has been designed for experienced Autodesk Revit Architecture users.
Delegates should have attended the Revit Architecture Beginner course or have equivalent knowledge using Revit Architecture. Architectural design, drafting or engineering experience is also highly recommended.

You will expand your knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM) by learning advanced architectural modelling and project coordination techniques in the Revit Architecture Intermediate course. Revit enables architects and design professionals to create coordinated 3D building models that automatically generate drawings, schedules, and documentation from a single project model.
During the course you will develop more advanced workflows for site design, custom family creation, parametric components, design options, and project phasing. You will also learn how to customise building elements, organise model data, and produce professional architectural visualisations and documentation suitable for real project environments.
By the end of the Revit Architecture Intermediate training course, you will be able to manage more complex BIM models, create custom architectural components, and collaborate more efficiently with design teams working on shared Revit projects.

The Revit Architecture Intermediate course can be completed on Windows platforms only.
You will need access to Autodesk Revit. You can use your own subscription or download the free trial from Autodesk, which works for the duration of the course and additional practice afterwards.
